I think most people do not find any significance in April 1.
Well I do. I think this is the day when people are most crazily creative, trying to pull off the best jokes and pranks left and right. Some win, some don't. It's the whole mad nature of April first. And I like it just the way it is (or, until somebody pours milk on my head or something...then I will declare war.)
